1. The service

ClientLeadsHQ helps you search for local businesses and view an automated assessment of their website. Scores and recommendations are generated by rule-based analysis, not guaranteed advice — you're responsible for verifying any information before acting on it commercially.

2. Subscriptions & billing

The service is billed via Dodo Payments. We do not offer refunds, including for partial or unused time within a billing period, except where required by law in your jurisdiction. To cancel a recurring plan, email us at Pheonixtech8@gmail.com or use our contact form — we'll process it right away. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable anti-spam law
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the underlying data or service
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service

4. No guarantee of results

We don't guarantee that any lead will result in a client, response, or sale. Business data is sourced from third parties (Google Places) and may be incomplete or outdated.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, [COMPANY NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
